Frequently Asked Questions


Full invoice amount must be paid to hold date and time of party. 

Payments can be made via credit card on due date listed on your invoice. 3% Charge will be added for all credit card transactions.

A $50 late fee will be added to payments made after due date listed on invoice. 

20% Gratuity will be added for all event packages and will be reflected in your invoice.

Tax is charged on all party packages and will be reflected on your invoice.

We try our best to accommodate most date and time requests but if we are not able to adequately do so we will let you know prior to payment and provide you with additional date and time options that are available. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we feel displays abusive and/or inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff or event attendees and your event will be canceled with no refund.


Final Guest Count/Venue Space

We will contact you 7 days prior to your celebration to confirm the exact headcount. This information is important as it allows Pish Posh Divas to prepare accordingly for your celebration. Please note that you will be charged for any additional girls that are submitted on your party invoice at that time. You will be charged to the card on file for additional guests or family members over the headcount on the invoice at time of party. Regrettably, we will not refund any money for cancelled guests or no-shows. 

If space is an issue, we will set an appointment to look at the space we will be using to best determine how to bring all the sparkle to your party. All Ultimate Diva parties will include a meet and greet at party venue to determine how best to use the space on the day of the party.



Spa parties have a 14 day cancellation/reschedule policy. One-half of the invoice price will be credited for a future date on cancellations made before the 14 day cancellation date. Parties canceled after the 14 day window will not receive a credit. No-Shows are charged in full and invoice total will not be discounted. Should the party girl fall ill, she may reschedule for a future date at no additional charge. 


We use salon quality products where possible. Lotions used are from Bath & Bodyworks. We request that all allergies be verified 7 days prior so that we can make adjustments accordingly. 

*** Additional $40 charge for homemade organic product requests for parties of 6 girls or more. Nail polishes are non organic. 


Venues/Valet/Air Conditioning 

Our team will travel to any venue of your choosing. We ask that you inform us of the amount of space available so we can tailor your experience to fit your needs. If traveling to a hotel there will be a Valet fee charged to the card on file. If the event is at your home we ask that there is easy access to the front door, as we have heavy items to carry in. Please have all pets put safely away. During the Texas summers we ask that you turn the air conditioning slightly lower as we will be moving quickly in and out of the doors and some of the air may escape leaving the room slightly warmer. (This need not be done for poolside parties)

How Far Do We Travel

Pish Posh Divas currently have teams available in the Austin, San Antonio and Dallas areas. Travel fees will apply for any party venues 15 miles outside of Cedar Park area.
